Pugh argues for better government funding of mental health

Commons Chamber, 8th May: In a Oppposition Day debate lasting over seven hours, the Liberal Democrats  highlighted the need to place more focus on mental health services and called for the Government to ensure mental health services are better funded and more widely available. Here Dr Pugh presents the closing arguments for the Lib Dems.
